See, Oregon does have the nation's best* drivers.
*"Best" is here defined as "most knowledgeable about, and most likely to observe, actual driving laws," which I know (from my friends east of the Mississippi) is not universally considered to be an indicator of driving ability.

Oh my god do I not have time to be writing fanfic. I barely have time to be reading it, in fact, so if you want to make sure I know about something, you should actually let me know about it, 'cos I can't be counted on to check my flist in any depth.
